YWAM Fresh (Labasa)
Statement of Purpose:
We aim to partner with different churches, local authorities and with God, serving as a vessel of God’s light into the community and beyond.
We believe that Light is a symbol of hope for all the goodness of God’s truth brings into the lives of His people.
We affirm that God’s word in Isaiah 60, Light represent God’s plan for restoration.
Ywam Labasa is an international community passionately committed to the Great Commission; seeking God for new ways to make Jesus known through evangelism, training and mercy ministries. Our primary focus is on youth, children, community and where the Gospel is needed.
Ywam (fresh) Labasa is about 10 minutes drive from Labasa town also known as “The Friendly North”. Labasa is a town on the north-eastern part of Vanua Levu – the second biggest island in Fiji. It is the largest town in Vanua Levu , with the population of approximately 27,000. Labasa experiences a dry climate, boast of it’s one and only Sugar mill in the island.. abundance of Sugarcane crop.
What we do:
We do so many things.....from - training in and out of classrooms...creative evangelism ....church planting..... building homes...improving Water Sanitation and lifestyles...praying for people ....kicking rugby balls....kids fun program... to -preaching on pulpits... dialogue with our community networks....enjoying a meal with our big Ywamfresh family at our home in Lighthouse.

- we desperately needs someone to do Administration and accounts.
- We looking for some dts staff ( someone that have staff 2 Dts and have done either Bible Core Course/ BSN/ or SBS.). If you haven’t done any of those courses, we would require a reference and recommendation letter from current base leader.
- A piece of land to develop into accommodation & training facilities and farming.
